Elate Apparel is an enthusiastic group of people that find joy in creating, living, and just being apart of a world, where, we can often forget that beauty truly exists.

We are artists with a love for design and a passion for printing. It all started with a makeshift print table, an idea, and a place where we could work and hang out with our dogs. Steadily screen printing anything and everything we could, we started printing designs on shirts and bags. After a short time we bought our first piece of screen printing equipment; a single color screen printing press. We were clueless how to use it but that didn’t stop our ideas from flowing endlessly from our minds to our prints. Over the years as we

have grown and collaborated with other artists our dreams are no longer just our own. We work to help others realize their vision and help bring that vision to life. Our goal, to help other entrepreneurs grow. We believe that’s what art and community is all about, inspiring each other to inspire others. Home is where the the ART is. Not only are we inspired by art and community but our friends, family, and our dogs are our reason to push forward and work harder. Help us help you make your next project a reality.

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are Elated with your new item. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags or labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email elateapparel1@gmail.com to start the return process. After we have confirmed apppropriate action for the return we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. Place the item securely in either its original packaging or an appropriate mailing package with the return form provided and mail your return the following address:

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 5-7 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.

**Please note: Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your debt or credit card statement, depending on your bank or credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.**
